Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Gyanchi, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Please read our policy on cancellations and refunds carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at gyanchi.store@gmail.com or call 9329244276.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Return requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Note: Items marked as non-returnable or on sale are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized products
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect product, Gyanchi will cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
