1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Pricing

• All prices listed are in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, or availability without prior notice.
• In the case of errors, we reserve the right to correct them and revise your order accordingly.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (where available).
• Orders will not be processed in the event of payment failure.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details. Delays due to factors outside our control are not our responsibility.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
• To cancel, contact us at gyanchi.store@gmail.com or call 9329244276.
• Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Return requests must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Non-returnable items include:
  
  • Customized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges/replacement. Please return the product and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us with the following details:

• Order Number
• Product details
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (if applicable)

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, text, and visuals, is the property of Gyanchi and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site or services, including:

• Uploading harmful or malicious content
• Impersonating others
• Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights

8. Limitation of Liability

Gyanchi shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or products, including indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Gwalior, India.
